FACTS: FAMILY PORTAL
FACTS is a Student Information Systems that handles admissions, student information, billing, report cards, grading, attendance, and parent access.

Click on the link to go to the FACTS website to access your child's grades as well as other information.
​
District Code is JCA-NM
Log in with your username and password
​
Click on the student tab in the left column. Then click on grades. This will take you to the graded assignments by subject.
​
If you have more than one child at JCA, you can switch between children in the drop down under the word student in the middle section of the page.

PALS
Parents Are Life Savers is our parent organization that helps support the school. The mission of PALS is to Love God, Love People, and have No Limits. This is accomplished by promoting, enhancing, and enriching Christian education at JCA through support for our teachers and staff while building community in the JCA families. PALS spring printable calendar coming soon.

MUGS:
MUGS (Mother's Under God's Spirit) is the mom's Bible Study group that meets once a month. MUGS would love to have you join us as we grow in our relationship with God together.
WHATSAPP:
This is the app PALS uses to communicate with volunteer committees and teams.

POWER UP:
Power Up is the weekly all-school assembly that includes worship songs, Bible lesson, games, and student performances. Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend Power Up. ​
VOLUNTEER:
Extra parental help with class parties, school events, field trips, fundraisers, hot lunch on Thursday's and administrative tasks is always encouraged and welcomed.

FUNDRAISERS:
The school's largest fundraiser of the year is the World Changers Gala. Your involvement and assistance will help to make this event amazing! Contact the office or PALS if you are interested in helping with the Gala.
